Spoken Love

A heartfelt poem that expresses the bond of love in fear.

As I sit and look around my room,

tears fill up my eyes;

seeing how much of my life you consume,

thoughts arise in my mind!

I’m thinking of all the precious times,

that you and I have spent together;

I can’t help… but be afraid of losing your love,

darling, coz, without you I cannot live forever.

My days would be worthless,

my life wouldn’t be worthwhile;

my voice would be useless,

if I wasn’t able to talk to you for a while.

There is no one who can hold me your way,

neither can anyone love me like you;

or make me laugh any time of the day,

at each and everything they do.

And Darling, whenever you go away,

I don’t know what to do?

coz I know nothing of love

unless it is with you.

So now there’s only one thing,

which I have to say;

and that is “I LOVE YOU”,

come whatever may.
