You were destined to awaken and evolve, to elevate your consciousness and your experience in life. To connect with our Mother Earth GAIA, your Guides & Guardians, our magnificent Creators, Mother-Father God, and of course, yourself deeply, on all levels.

All of this will and that means connecting to your Soul. That’s truly what this is all about, reconnecting to our Souls.

On that note, this journey is a spiral and there are 8 processes we go through repeatedly and in different order as we move forward.

Release

We have to let go of the programming, stories, illusions, fears, pain, traumas, excuses, denials, people, places, jobs, possessions, weight, hair, habits, interests, the food, and drink.

The endless drugs/pharmaceuticals, therapies, and everything in our lives that amount to the toxic, stagnant, negative energy that has been becoming a part of our system since day 1 in these lifetimes.

All of these things are part of our Life Force, and what we are corded to via Energy Cords.

This means, whether we’re aware of it or not, whether it’s been recent or not, there’s a constant exchange of energy.

Receive

When we let go of so much, and every step along the way, each change and elimination we experience in our lives automatically raises our vibration just like sandbags dropping from a hot air balloon.

When that happens, we create space for higher frequency energy to replace the lower, toxic, negative energy you’re shifting away from.

We create space for higher frequency connections, like from our Guides & Guardians, and who and what we’re guided to have in our current timelines that are in alignment with our higher vibration. Through this, we then begin to be conscious and…

Remember

We recognize that what resonates aren’t things that we’re learning, but remembering what we already know. As we journey, release, receive-which includes a lot of healing because all the changes and remembering inspires us to take care of what we haven’t been able to, or known how to.

We learn that the stories we’ve accepted about our physical, mental, emotional or energetic state is what it is, that if we’re “sick” it’s chronic.

And we need to accept that we’re dependent on whatever they tell us we need to maintain a level of unhealthy.

But Spiritually Awakening literally means to becoming conscious and remembering that before anything else, that we are controlling what is within and a part of us, our experiences, and most certainly how we feel in our bodies.

We thought we were free, in control, conscious, and had free will, but we remember that when we were asleep, we were the opposite of that.

We remember what it means to be sovereign. Our Soul can come through more and more, your human aspect understands that there is a process happening that requires the release, receive, remember, phases to repeat again and again.

Each time there are levels of expansion and evolution, a rebirth, a big time overhaul that finds us living very different lives than we had before.

And then that happens over and over.

Rise

We continue to RISE as we continue to be faithful and committed to ourselves and understand and accept our Divine Purpose, and what we’re meant to experience, express, create in our highest timelines.

That there are always higher timelines.

That it’s only ourselves that create limitations, and at every new level, there are infinitely more.

We RISE in our awareness, Soul Connection, and therefore our connection to our other lifetimes that are all currently in their timelines that we can connect to, share knowledge and talents, wisdom, experiences.

When we heal and rise in this lifetime, we heal and rise in those as well, lifting all timelines that our Soul is experiencing and co-creating from.

We RISE and begin to experience manifestations on both sides of the spectrum, and the trippy way time and reality bends for and with us.

From numbers to synchronicities, visions, dreams, astrology, archetypes, Guides & Guardians, Spirit Animals, etc. we are pulled forward through the guidance that is all connected.

We RISE and remember that The Truth comes from NATURE, Mother Earth GAIA.

That she loves us. That she’s with us. That she supports us and wishes for our continued growth and rebirth, as she has witnessed countless times.

We learn that she is conscious, knows us personally, and can work directly with us in various ways.

We are guided to know and experience what she creates and freely gives to us to help us heal on all levels, and maintain our health, so we may continue to release, receive, remember and rise.

Our Guides and Guardians are always with us, they love, support us and are committed to helping us with:
