Creating isn’t your job, it is the universe’s job

First, one thing needs to be understood. You do NOT create what you desire. You can paint a beautiful piece of art, compose a fantastic song, cook a delicious meal, or plant an idyllic garden. But, the actual creation takes place on a level far beyond what we are mentally capable of doing.

If you want to have children, for example, you need to choose to have sex, but after that, nature takes over and does the creating. Even with artificial insemination, once the insemination takes place, The universe begins the creation process.

Knowing that it is not your job to do the actual creating should be a relief. There are forces much more powerful than you that do the work of creating. Your job is to know how to put the power of creation into motion.

The universe communicates through frequencies of energy. One difficulty people have when trying to manifest things in their life is that they come from their emotional charges. These are inflamed emotions of anger, desperately wanting, and feeling lack, to name a few. Asking or taking action to manifest in these ‘inflamed’ states does not ‘translate:’ The universe ‘speaks’ in energy, it does not understand the language of emotional charges.

The creative forces in the universe resonate at higher frequencies. It is like the science experiment where you put two tuning forks on opposite sides of a room, both tuned to the note C. If you tap one of the tuning forks, the other one begins to vibrate. The tuning forks are in resonance. However, if one is tuned to the note D, it will not vibrate when the other one is tapped. The universe does not resonate with lower vibrating emotions.

Everyone has a predominant energy that vibrates at a specific frequency. A person free from emotional charges will vibrate higher than someone who is not. This is why one of the best states of being for manifesting the life you desire is to live in the now. Memories of the past do not emotionally charge you. You are not worrying about the future. You are flowing in the now moment.

When you flow in the now, your energy frees up and raises in frequency. When in this state of flow, the universe can communicate with you. Suppose, while in the now, you allow a desire to come up and state it as an intention. The universe understands what you are communicating and instantly begins the process of creating what you are intending.

As you raise your frequency, you move into a love of Self, a love of people, a love of life itself. As love is the fabric of creation, the universe cannot help but meet your needs.

A little healing will substantially raise your frequency and put you in the creation flow.

Know thyself

Know thyself is the first maxim inscribed in the Greek Temple of Apollo. Self-inquiry and meditation are excellent tools to help you know who and what you are. Beyond the body and the personality, who are you? Who is this spiritual being having an experience in a human body? Asking yourself these questions while meditating can move you into the state of Self-Presence.

Become Self-Present

The universe knows you when you are Self-Present. Self-Presence is sensing you are here, now. It is that feeling deep in your heart that you exist. You are here, now, in the present. You can become present while deep in meditation or watching a beautiful sunset. As Eckhart Tolle says, “When Being becomes conscious of itself — that’s presence.” When Self-Present you move into your transcendent ‘I’ that both knows and is known by the universe.

The language of the universe vibrates at a high frequency. The universe both knows you and communicates with you from this high vibrating energy. To have your needs known and fulfilled by the universe, simply raise your energy. To manifest your desires, raise your emotional tone and energy as high as you are able and speak to the universe.
