Sometimes I wonder why don’t clouds fall from the sky why are leaves green what makes the wind blow why are there rainbows
Sometimes I wish I could see through the earth breathe underwater soar without wings walk on the moon
Sometimes I hear the sound of falling stardust the moon laughing at earth mountains breathing oceans crying
Sometimes I remember hot sand on a tropical beach the taste of French butter the aroma of Dad’s cigar the warm scent of you
Sometimes I wonder where does the other sock go to hide what became of my childhood friend where are all those people I gave directions to
