Some People Write REALLY Personal Stories On Medium
They tell everyone about their problems
They are willing to share their lives
Most people have secrets that they are not anxious to share with the world. They write about more abstract topics which do not expose their personal lives to the general public. They do not disclose a lot about the most private aspects of their lives to others.
I do not normally share really personal information, but I do write about certain aspects of my life. I am interested in the stories and experiences of other writers, however.
There are other writers who share stories from their past and present lives which are very personal and revealing. They are not afraid of telling the world about their experiences. People who read their work may learn from their personal journey through life.
Telling others about abusive spouses or parents or other very personal stories may make people feel better. Perhaps they do not expect that the person will ever read that information that is being shared or they don’t care. Sometimes it is therapeutic to tell others about it.
Two women who are top writers on Medium who share stories which are very personal are Shannon Ashley and Christina M. Ward.
Shannon Ashley says on her Medium bio: “It’s not about being flawless, it’s about being honest.” She is willing to be honest in sharing her story even though much of it is deeply personal. She has 42 K followers and is a top writer in many categories. She joined Medium in May of 2018.
Christina M. Ward has 4.3 followers and is a top writer in several categories. She writes very personal stories of her life as well as giving advice about writing. She has been a member of Medium since March 2019.
These women were not members of Medium from the beginning. It has taken them a relatively short time to get to the top of their game and to become highly successful on Medium. Their stories are inspirational.
The writers who share very personal stories can be beneficial to others who are trying to find success. Their stories, while deeply personal, teach about life lessons and may help others with their own trials.
Whether you write extremely personal material or not, it is a good idea to interject some personal experiences or feelings into your writing when possible to do so.
Thank you for reading and GOOD LUCK to all.
