The piece calls for an awareness and understanding of the whole picture, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking as a defense against societal pressures to conform to certain beliefs. The author expresses hope that individuals will learn to think independently, thus becoming resilient to the influences of society's dictated narratives.

The generation of people who have decided only their side of the argument is correct are raising a younger generation who is incapable of hearing all sides.

We have become sheep being misled by big media into thinking that all sides are being presented. When in fact only the portion of the story that puts the presenters in the best light, or the portion of the story that puts the opposition in the worst light is being told. No longer are all the facts presented so we can make informed decisions.

Maybe some will become aware and actually try to understand the whole picture. Hopefully, they will learn to think for themselves.

The ability to think, reason, and understand will make them impenetrable to the molding of society’s dictation of what you should believe.
