Socialisation Outside the School Setting
Considering how many adults completely lack social skills and attended mainstream schools, there is no justification for asking homeschoolers about socialisation.

Ray Bradbury, on socialization and school:
“I don’t think it’s social to get a bunch of people together and then not let them talk, do you?”
“It’s a lot of funnels and a lot of water poured down the spout and out the bottom, and them telling us it’s wine when it’s not.” — Clarisse, Fahrenheit 451
Socialization, the learning of skills to get along with others, begins in the home, not in the schools. Schools are not social settings requiring skills in 2-way communication, negotiation, compromising, and reaching consensus.
