So What!

Defining yourself by titles is a form of self-segregation

So what, you’re black — So what, you’re white

So what, you’re a doctor — So what, you fight

So what, you’re bald — So what, you’re quiet

So what, you’re boring — So what, You’re a riot.

So What!

On and on, On and on, I could quite easily go on forever

About the ways we carry on who we are by a label of color

A job, a gender, a weight, or a height,

An ethnicity, a culture, a wrong or a right.

Whatever title we choose to wear, separates us from a much bigger plan

At the core, we’re not a skin tone, a sexual preference, a woman, or a man,

Because if we all go back in time, to the beginning, and the original design

We are all called to live with joy, harmony, and in peace with the Devine.

So before you plant your residence flag within a title or a geographical location,

A world view, a political stance, a gender, or day to day vocation

Think deeper and live within this universal thought
