¨If we are peaceful, if we are happy, we can smile and blossom like a flower, and everyone in our family, our entire society, will benefit from our peace.¨ Thich Nhat Hanh

TThe five-letter word with the most pleasantly surprising meaning is "smile."

The most crucial chore we all fail to complete in daily life is to smile. What causes us to grin on certain occasions? why we are unable to feel cheerful and smile every day. Why do we all undervalue happiness, which is the most important thing in life?

Happiness is the ultimate goal of life so why are you not choosing your happiness?

One of the nicest accessories is a smile. It is really potent. A small smile can lift your spirits and help you forget any negative events that may be taking place in your life. It not only reduces tension but also gives you a renewed sense of hope for the future. A simple smile when you pass someone can brighten their day as well as your own.

Make the decision to be happy today and to make other people happy as well. Happiness is a choice. You should always be happy to be alive. Smile because you are able to speak, see, and listen.

Smile because you can eat, live, and feel.

Smile because you have people who love you so much.

Smile because you can love, laugh, and hug.
