Slowing Down

Find the right speed where you can breathe

Trying to run before you’ve begun your feet can’t confront the cold hard ground

Spin out of control your breaks will not hold momentum rolled a haunting sound

Hurry, rush no need to crush your own wellbeing

Take your time you can unwind make room for healing

Slowing down, slowing down your breathing

Find the right speed where you can breathe discovering peace coming in rounds

All falls into place when you can wait at a steady pace slowing things down

Hurry, rush no need to crush your own wellbeing

Take your time you can unwind make room for healing

Slowing down, slowing down your breathing
