My workout is simple, no-frills — swinging motivation, action & fennel seeds in my big mouth. The last one is to preserve my eyes open as fallen several times during my workouts. But I’m fine; I always forgive the invisible devil tripping my leg.

My health program teaches us to do it; even we don’t like some things. Push, tug & surprise elements are required everywhere; addicts to a fixed regime, the body also stops showing effects.
