Sleepless Nights?
A Prompt Inspired by a Poem
The title is taken from a poem submitted to us this month. The poem entitled ‘Sleepless Nights’ made fresh in my mind memories of being a young mother with a family of children under ten.
In the poem, the protagonist wishes for rest and sleep, but so many things prevent that from happening.
Founder of this magazine, Katherine Myrestad wrote on a more serious note about the importance of sleep in a recent story; read that in Soul Magazine.
Sometimes we stay up all night and we cannot help it. Something is on our mind and we cannot shake it away.
