“What I Dislike About Some Women”
So, that guy in the headline wrote a piece about women a few days ago, or at least I read it a couple of days ago. I, as an old woman responded, privately, to a few of his ‘concerns’ that a lot of women think most men are bad actors. Not his words, but mine. Anyway, to sum it up, I wrote to the guy just to let him know that all women do not think what he seemed to be whining about.
He responds, privately of course, that “he isn’t responsible for how men have treated women in the past and his not going to feel guilty.” I responded, privately of course, that he nor any other man is responsible for what has occurred in the past and should not feel any guilt. But I did also say that he is entirely responsible for his behavior.
Lo and behold, the guy apparently flips, shoots back a private response, “You don’t know me!” and then blocks me!
I can’t help but to think that this guy is either insincere or very thin-skinned or a combination of the two. Like my mother always told me, “No good deed goes unpunished!” But it’s also pretty hard for me not to think, without an iota of guilt, “good riddance to bad rubbish!”
