Sins of the Flesh

A poem for the prompt #bodyshamerebellion

Oh? What’s that? You want to talk about my meat suit?

The subtle curves that stir your lust The pale hue of “barely sun-kissed” The play of light in my green blue eyes

Tell me Tell me all the parts of me that Make you swell in ecstasy

Tell me How hips like mine can Hypnotize

Tell me How my heaving breasts are “Just right” sized

Tell me How perfectly you’d fit In between my sweating thighs.

Please tell me! Lament to me your loss of wits While cherishing my ass and tits.

Remind me please again and again That my flesh alone has caused your sin Cast your blame upon my skin Recount what vexation this vessel has been

Cover your breasts, child Cause not your brother to stumble Do your best, child Stay meek Stay mild Stay humble Not long now, child All flesh shall wilt and crumble
