Poetry for a troubled heart

It’s what you’ve been waiting for…

Someone to talk to

someone to call, when your mind wonders

A different point of view

than the guys you’ve been talking to

I should have spoken up sooner

because now you’re under pressure

You’re hurt,

with a handful of stress

But you’ve gotta remember,

you’re more than beautiful

You’re a dream that walks in daylight

you can do whatever you want to

Because you exist in a world,

separate from the rest of us

The right man will always wish for you…

love will always take a risk for you…

my ears…will always be a journal for you
