Fear & Love
The Silent Dance: Will Fear Steal My Chance?
My Love! I’m always afraid.
His eyes filled with longing, his tongue forever tied, a prisoner of “what ifs,” love forever denied.
A love unspoken, a fear takes hold, Whispers of “what if” turn hearts cold. Yearning to reach out, a voice to impart, But shadows of rejection tear love’s fragile art.
Will she turn away, a fleeting embrace? Or blossom a bond in this empty space? The risk of forever, a question unknown, Love’s tender seed, by fear, left unsown.
A silent confession in every stolen glance, A melody unheard in this awkward dance, The courage to speak, a battle to fight, For love’s gentle flame to flicker alight.
I’m afraid my love as always!
Though silence may linger, a comfort it brings, Than the sting of rejection on love’s fragile wings. But a chance remains, a whisper to seize, To break free from fear, and find love’s sweet ease.
