Signs

The Universe doesn’t give up so easily

The 100 Questions Challenge — #14

Today’s question — What signs have I been misinterpreting or ignoring?

Words and images flutter about me some grasp my attention, fleetingly others burrow into my very soul But how do I know their importance? perhaps something fleeting held signs words or visions of needed guidance And what makes the ones I captured deep into my being so right and true?

Being such a heady one, I over-analyze but I know in my bones as vibrations run my spine and then tingle my head as my tummy flutters and feet prickle or at times I will get this knowingness that washes over me to pay attention Ah, these words or images ring true — that’s how strong my intuition

Yet I know the ways of the Universe miss a sign or a message? then it is sent again and again until the whisper becomes a scream you have no choice but to notice then so even if a sign slips through it will cycle back around once more the Universe doesn’t give up so easily

That veered off into it’s own thing. However, I truly do believe if I’ve missed a sign somewhere, an important message or image/vision I need to hear or see, the Universe will make sure I eventually get it. And I have heard some of those screams in recent months, especially with allowing negativity to enter my life and not sticking to my personal goals.

I will write either poetry, vignettes, creative non-fiction or personal essays on the questions — it will all depend on inspiration and/or mood.
