Should the U.S. allow more immigrants in?

The U.S. will face a population crisis in about a decade or so because of a relatively low birth rate.
The U.S. census estimates that by 2035, there will be more people 65 years or older than young workers. The data suggests we will be a couple million short of young workers, and the overall problems that will occur because of this factor will be detrimental.
Most likely, our taxes will increase to support this many seniors and fewer young workers. There are pros and cons to this, but over time we will ultimately have to go head-to-head with this issue.
Before I go straight into immigration, I would like to present a positive outlook if there were fewer working people by the year 2035.
The major pro would have to be the fact that there would be less competition and more likely companies will compete and offer better benefits and better pay due to fewer working individuals altogether.
Immigration is the main agenda to combat lower birth rates
If you have never seen a political debate, immigration reform is one of the main topics of an actual debate. It does not matter if you are a republican or democrat.
You will, at some point, come in the crosshairs about a discussion about immigration.
America is not alone, as they are not the only nation on earth or the only advanced western country that is politically divided on immigration.
Immigration is one of the political discussions that is not a one-argument debate.
There are many sides to the argument that, in a way, are not right or wrong, and immigration, as a result, is a very controversial conversation to have with somebody.
This is because no one will have the same view as their neighbor or family member, which leads to a more divided nation.
Even though you can showcase the pros and cons, at the end of the day, there will always be a controversy with our country’s decision on immigration.
Is immigration always the solution?
The only reality of immigration is that our president and government make this decision for us.
We may disagree and state facts explaining that America has enough problems to deal with and that we don’t need more people coming in.
Still, we can’t feed people or properly house our people again though there is no right or wrong solution to immigration because there is always going to be a positive side and a negative side that we don’t agree with.
If the immigration reform was up to most Americans, do you think the majority would say yes to accepting immigrants? I also like to know what you thought about this article. You don’t have to state your actual opinion on immigration, either. I want to see if you think the entire population in America would support foreigners coming over and living in America.
