Shinrinyoku
A Cleansing Of The Soul

I need a bath, a shinrinyoku rejuvenation, where my noses would soak in a lungful, of clean, cold, fresh air, where all of my sensory nerves would feel the balming winds, caressing playfully on my sensitive skin, eyes bewildered, trance-like, gazing into nature’s sublime soulful spectacle, the komorebi, and the mind sitting back, away from the hustle and bustle, silently enjoying the merriments, of the soul and the body.
Shinrinyoku in Japanese means “forest bath”, like taking a walk in the forest for its therapeutic benefits.
Komorebi in Japanese means “sunlight filtering through tree leaves”.
