Hello Everyone!

I’m Geetika Sethi and I arrived in this world 48 years ago in the beautiful city of New Delhi, India being born and brought up there. Since I always had a creative streak shining forth, right through kindergarten to high school, I took part in every possible creative activity. In academics, I wasn’t a topper but an average student who only excelled in writing in English, be it short funny stories or poetry. This fondness for English and my flair for words somehow led me to study English Honors at Delhi University. This continued only for a year until my creative genie awakened and I ended up studying Textile Designing and Art Masters and upon their completion, I got married too. All this action took place in the first 20 years of my life.

Then came in the next 10 years when I became a full time loving wife to my one and only husband and young mom to my 3 kids aged nearly 27, 25 & 21 now. Taking a little credit, I’d like to say that my time management skills were a boon in juggling work while raising three children.

Coming to the work front, I can proudly say that I am a shrewd businesswoman who is credited with a deep understanding of our Group’s potential, and I play a key role in aligning its interests and strengths. I can confirm that I am driven by my vision of incorporating modern human resources practices and concepts into the group. I help to facilitate active interaction and dialogue for overall cohesion and consensus-based decision-making not just on the work front but in the family leading the development of the next generation for succession planning.

With all this, the kids having grown up, and a lot of time on my hand, 3 years ago I went back to studying at IIN, New York, to become a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Furthermore, to share what I learnt, I started a wellness platform known as My F.A.N Clan through which I do Holistic Nutrition, Health and Wellness consultations both online and in-person creating bespoke wellness plans. My mantra for the same is – “ If you prioritise Fitness and Nutrition, Health remains, but if you don’t Wellness Drains.”

My avid interests include travelling, reading, painting, cooking, creating recipes, and most of all writing.
