She Said, “I’m Pretty Sure That I’m Going to Enjoy Working Under You”
How to get the best performance out of your star employee
I am aware that the current generally accepted attitude towards sexual harassment in the work environment is that it is a bad thing and detrimental to a proper professional environment but take my word for it, there are times when it can be very welcome and lead to a number of great personal adventures.
My ‘Personal Assistant’ which is a euphemism for a secretary that can’t use a word processor came into my office around noon one day and said’ “Can I ask you for a personal favor”?
“Sure, what is it”?
“Would you mind fucking me during lunch hour as I have arranged to see a guy at 5 and another one at 8 and I’d like to enjoy the thrill of having three men in one day”.
What could I say to that? If a woman puts herself that far out there and, in a trice, reveals something that entails such deep and normally private sexual desires it would be churlish for any man to deny such a request. I felt honored that she would put so much trust in me not to react in a judgmental or critical manner. So many people, both men and women would excoriate such behavior rather than helping her celebrate it.
Of course, I did it.
“Go and get some condoms”.
She did and I fucked her sitting on the nice leather sofa in my office, her sitting and me kneeling on the floor.
A few days later she says to me, “Do you find that the more you get the more you want”? She was referring to sexual partners not just the sex itself.
“Yes, that seems to be a byproduct of the excitement of having new sexual partners. It gives both men and women a big shot of dopamine to the brain, makes us feel great, feel sexy and desirable and raises our confidence level. You end up regarding pretty much the entire opposite sex as potential playmates and start having the response that, “I can get you, and you and you’ …. Sometimes I get a certain sensory overload when around women and just feel a desire to fuck all of them”.
“I’m getting a similar vibe, like it’s just not enough. I never felt like this before. What about feelings? Do you get feelings for the people you’re fucking because I am”.
“Yes, I think that is normal. If you have pleasurable sex with someone it is inevitable that you are going to like that person. Your sexual partner did something precious, intimate and highly personal with you that flooded your brain and body with all those wonderful chemicals. It’s very important, however, that you try to keep all that in perspective and not do anything stupid that jeopardizes your personal situation as you are married with children. Try to accept the feelings for what they are and enjoy them but don’t try to start acting them out”!
“One other piece of advice about adultery. You will probably feel some guilt. If you do, do not ever under any circumstances act on it! Over time that feeling of guilt will diminish and what you will be left with are pleasant memories of the pleasurable and exciting experiences you had. Just sit on it. It will go away”.
I think that it’s very important that a good boss should act as a mentor to his employees and counsel them in positive ways that helps them develop their potential. That’s why it was also important that I gave my PA in depth instructions on how to perform superlative oral sex and being someone who wanted to succeed in the workplace she made her best effort to master that particular skill. And she did, beyond my wildest expectations!
