Shattered Love Forever

Life in an anguished and depressed state.

Credits – Aimee Vogelsang On Unsplash

With scrunched hair and watery eyes one day did she realize that the little light of love that once burnt in her is no longer alive . . .

Her heart that once beamed with desire now just ignites with tears the fire hoped that this day would have come . . . never for it only gave her. . . Shattered Love Forever

This piece of poetry is a result of the picture above by Aimee. As I was searching for a shattered glass picture on Unsplash for a poem that was knocking in my head, I came across this. And the idea for a poem on creative art with shattered glass changed.

Life is such at times, indeed shatters a person through and through. When one is completely broken -inside out, the result would be like this, reflective like the picture above – beautiful but broken.

I wish everyone smiles and joys but no tears and pain.
