Sex and The Law.
The PAP Sandwith (PAP-ABCDEF-PAP) Model.

Many of the laws we have about sex are highly influenced by culture and religion all around the world. That is why many of the laws are much strict and even sometimes sex averse. Most of them have little philosophical backing and the impact they have on society are less studied and researched. Let’s see some of the most important issues on laws related to sex. I try to put them in a model I formulated known as The PAP Sandwith (PAP-ABCDEF-PAP) Model.
Purpose. Sex should have a higher purpose. Many people take sex as having a higher purpose like giving birth to a child and an expression of intimacy and union between lovers. Almost all religions teach that people should have sex with a purpose, a higher purpose, and not just for pleasure, entertainment and fun. They also teach that people should control their sexual urges and lust.
Availability. Sex should be available. Sex could happen at any time and at any moment. It should be available for everyone that wants it. It is okay if people can have sex whenever they want.
Pleasure. Sex should be satisfying and pleasurable. A lot of people also believe that sex should be pleasurable and satisfying. They believe that people should learn, explore and have sex often and in a satisfying way.

Boundaries. Sex shouldn’t have boundaries. When it comes to sex, there should not be boundaries. There should not be a limit as to how people engage in sexual activities. They should explore everything. Having sex in groups, oral sex, homosexuality, incest, sex with minors, sex using toys, sex with animals, etc… People who believe in this say that sex, in any form, is totally harmless and it shouldn’t be a crime, not even be labeled as a victimless crime.
Choice. Sex should be done by free choice. People should have the right to decide for themselves when they want to engage in any sexual activity. No one should be forced into sex.
Damage. Sex should be free of abuse and damage. There should not be any abuse surrounding sex. People should feel safe and protected in their sex life, whatever lifestyle they have, and however, they want to do it. The sex industry should be done in formal ways such as pornography, stripping, erotic dancing, brothels, and escort agencies but not on the streets.
Ethics. Sex should be ethical. Besides religion, many cultures have a reserved attitude toward engaging in sexual activities. Sexual activities are much limited and there is a lot of guilt and shame surrounding this. Sex is one of the main topics of ethics.
Free. Sex should be free. There are also people who believe that sex should be free. They say that sex is a gift to the sexes and it should be done without any business, or money involved.
Adventurous. Sex should be adventurous. Sex is an adventurous pursuit. People should be curious and inquisitive about all aspects of it. They should try and explore all sorts of sexual activities and have fun along the way. People shouldn’t be discriminated based on their sexuality and social exclusion surrounding sex industries and the people in them is not right. What people need is sexual responsibility and education.
Private/Public. Sex is a private/public act. Some believe that sex should be done in private. Others believe that sex is a public act. Some believe that exhibitionism is okay while others reject the idea.
