Until tomorrow, I’ll see you again!

Wrapped in an envelope with the warmth of the day, Unfolding the events in your very own way.

From the moment you appeared over the horizon,

To the closing the moments that transpired

in minutes / / /

seconds…

before the hour’s end.

You asked, “How did your day go? Did you do anything that you enjoyed, my dear friend?”

If my reply was quite the contrary, you’d ponder in your consoling rays of orange,

“So what happened that made you turn a frown?”

Your uplifting glow of light, soothes the soul with a loving embrace,

“What’s done is done. All shall pass, and let’s make it a better tomorrow. I won’t let you down.”

So, until tomorrow my serene sunset,

I’ll see you again with our next tête-à-tête.

“I’ll see you once again.”
