September Prompt: Share One Of The Books You Read During The Summer

Many writers read a lot. As readers, we read so much. Welcome to our publication first prompt — share one of the books you read during the summer with your readers.

The Yessba Publication Prompt #01: Share one of the books you’ve read during the summer.

Join our monthly prompt to engage our readers and writers in the journey of personal growth — we help ourselves grow.

This month’s prompt is summer reading. Many writers read books, articles, essays, research papers, attended conferences, cultural events, etc. And during the bright months, many people learned so much from reading, traveling, hosting, gardening, resting, eating, reflecting, etc.

Now.

Share one of the books you’ve read the way you want the readers to grab the book or engage you in a conversation.

For example.

  • Why did you choose the book?
  • Did you read the hard copy or online?
  • How did you get the book? — Buy or borrow it from a friend or library.
  • What was the genre of the book?
  • What was the part of the book you liked best and least?
  • Would you recommend the book to others? Why or why not?
  • Tell us something about the author — Your personal view about the author?
  • Share a few takeaways from the book that helped you and can help your readers.

The prompt must be under three minutes. And feel free to invite others to join. Please publish your story on or before the last Friday of September.
