Sunrise, Edinburgh Summer 2022 — photo by Gabriella

Being in the moment of the sunrise in Edinburgh, at Holyrood Park in Scotland after a hike up the hill was a lovely experience. You could only hear the birds sing around you. You feel like nature reaches out and touches the soul. It is like stepping into another dimension.

Sensations of Nature Today

Walking with my feet grounded as I touch the earth,

Each step brings love and comfort to my soul.

Flying with my wings high above the clouds,

The sensation of the air calms my heart.

Feeling the warmth of the sun shining down on me,

Joyful moments feel the air.

Dancing around by the crackling fire,

Nature surrounds me with love and desire.
