Self-Love
#prompt day 3
I stood in front of the mirror To practice self-love.
But all I saw was faults — chubby cheeks and freckly skin.
I swore to make some changes before I could practice loving myself.
or if someone starts loving me without changing me at all.
But none of that happened.
I wake up every morning staring at myself in self-pity.
Also, I won't expect anyone to love me unless I achieve that task myself.

Here is an exciting day 3 of the prompt poetry. Sahil Patel, I hope we are doing justice to your prompts. I am happy to be working on these prompts along with Dr. Preeti Singh, Josh Balerite Acol, Geetika Sethi, Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她), and any others.
