Here are some factors that trigger your anxiety and become the source of depression.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media is misleading to some extent it only shows us the glamorous aspects of life because everyone shows their moments of happiness and success stories while only a few people document their authentic journey of life.

This can lead to feelings of anxiety you think it’s only you who isn’t making banks and getting overnight success. Consequently, you start to underestimate yourself which can lead to the development of mental health disorders.

PROACTIVE MEASURE ✴ LIMIT YOUR SCREEN- TIME AND EXPOSURE TO SOCIAL MEDIA ✴
