This afternoon I took some extra time to sprinkle love onto my heart. My garden creations, a cup of tea, and a cozy blanket provided solace for my soul.
I used to push through being tired, trying to stuff more into my days. Now, I find ways to carve out time just for myself. My heartbeats provide the backdrop for this interlude.

Bringing joy to yourself creates an abundance of energy — turning into loving thoughts and manifestations.
Today is about giving to ourselves through acts of self-care. Often the best thing we can do for ourselves is to slow down. Gifting ourselves precious time is priceless.

As I took sips of tea, watched a fun cooking video, and wrapped myself in the warmth of my favorite fuzzy blanket, the best cozy feelings accompanied me. It is what I want my tearoom guests to experience.

My wish for you today is to gift yourself some time to relax and enjoy a moment of solitude and comfort. If you feel tired, take a short rest.
