I seek to vibrate at love or above A balancing journey I won’t tire of My frequency impacts my everyday And everyone I encounter along the way

I am still learning how to use the tools Inhabit my mind and body with the jewels Accepting who I am right now Knowing that I need to allow

Emotions to flow and help me grow Fields of wisdom to then sow Share the insights From life plights

Growth without pain Energy can sustain Uplifting others’ vibrations Ripples for future generations

Asking for energy one New Year’s eve sparked my path to consciousness.

I was operating from a place of shame, guilt and unworthiness for far too long. Dragging my family along for the ride.

Thankful to be no longer drowning in a victim mentality, I seek to operate at higher frequencies.

There are many times I fail. My energy dips and I react instead of respond. My final warning sign.

I try not to judge myself. Instead embrace each new moment of now.

Reset.

Knowing my energy is fully in my control.
