Call upon a long lost friend Simply to say Hi! Send a note to those you love Yet never tell them why

Overcome a lifelong fear Let your spirit soar Give to those who need it most Then give a little more

Notice things you’ve never seen Imprint them in your mind See the world with open eyes And take in all you find

Navigate your chosen path Believe in what you do Set your dreams among the clouds To yourself, be true

Entertain a silly thought Dance your cares away Giggle at a goofy joke Allow yourself to play

Clear away the negative Embrace your inner light Focus not on what feels wrong But only what feels right

Trust yourself to forge ahead Give yourself a break Face the world with head held high And learn from your mistake

Ignite a passion deep within Jump in with both feet Try your hand at something bold Or a project to complete

Offer up your memories To those who’ve never known Give away experience You’ve picked up on your own

Nurture all your hopes and dreams Stare at your reflection Never fear to be yourself Seek your soul’s connection
