Whatever we think he now has left An ancient Queen will be bereft

Her “strength and stay” has gone away No more “I love you” he will say

Tomorrow as he’s laid to rest We wish our Queen the very best

Whole lives have lived with her as Queen The like of her we’ve never seen

I hope she’s here just a bit more Until the Boatman comes to shore

To take her back to those before And he will wait for her I’m sure
