Say Goodbye To The Medium Partner Program — Earn $100 A Day Without It

Advice for writers who can’t get their content monetized

It is too tough to join the Partner Program. Am I right? There were days when Medium allowed everybody to get their articles monetized if they had a Stripe account. However, things have now been changed. Medium has made it clear that writers who don’t belong to supported countries, haven’t published one or more stories in the past six months, and have less than 100 followers will not be allowed to join the Partner Program. I have seen some content creators fulfilling all of these requirements. Still, they are not allowed to get their posts monetized and are asked to reapply after four to eight weeks. I don’t know why it is so and what Medium owners have in their minds, but I can feel the pain of those freelance writers who cannot join the MPP. If you are one of them and want to make $100 by writing one story daily, you may try the following platforms.

WOW! Women On Writing

As the name indicates, WOW! Women On Writing is all about women. This magazine publishes everything that can help its female audience feel better and live an active and ideal life. The main topics they cover are reading, publishing, writing, and journalism. Through your posts, you basically need to help females build businesses, earn money, read better and become successful in one way or the other. If your article has 3000 words and gets accepted, you will be paid $100 to $150. For every shorter post, they pay $50 to $70. I suggest you check the official website for more details.

TheDollarStretcher

TheDollarStretcher always looks for in-depth posts with great, practical and unique ideas that can be employed to help people live better lives and earn more dollars. They don’t accept previously-written posts, which means you should submit fresh content only. The ideal length of a story is 800, but they accept pieces with 500 to 700 too. They want how-to articles and interviews with people who have saved or earned a lot of money. Make sure your article is submitted as a Docx, Doc, or Txt file. You need to send this file via email. As far as payment is concerned, they pay $0.10 per word. It means you will receive $100 for a post of 1000 words.

International Living

It is a comprehensive source of information. They provide readers with well-versed, reliable, and actionable advice on how to live, retire and travel in the world in the best possible ways. They are primarily interested in listicles, how-to stories, step-by-step guides, travel hacks and tips slideshows, and itineraries. If you want to submit your story to them, make sure it is original and has a clear idea. You should inform them how your post is going to inspire their readers. A pitch can be sent to them via email along with one or more writing samples. If they love your completed post and decide to publish it, you will be paid $100 for 1000 words and $150 for 1500 words. Also, you may get $75 for a 5-minute to-camera video.
