Sanguine
A poem about an emotion removing stamp

Authors Note: I typed this out on my new typewriter!
In my current state/I need a stamp to satiate/my despair and undue care/leaving room for a space in my heart/a place to restart/for when the winter rolls in/dark berries pressed into wine/an evening visit to the bookshop/a poetry reading/with lots of alcohol/lots of mood lighting/a witches brew of imagery and illness/as a group we cry/as a group we come to die/to have a stamp to take it all away/would see me live for another day
Based on a prompt set by Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她)
