Sanghita Pal is a writer, learner, empath, friend, mother, wife, and daughter rolled into one with more than 15 years of writing and editing experience in academic books and journals.
After working as a print journalist, an audio-visual presenter (news and views), and a school teacher for some years, presently, she is a freelance writer.
She feels blessed and takes pride in being categorized as one among the Homo Sapiens inhabiting the earth, arguably the most complex and beautiful creation of HIM.

With a post-graduate degree in Mass Communication, a diploma in Nursery Teachers’ Training, and a handful of certificate programs on writing, Sanghita is passionate about life and nature and everything in between.
She loves to recite, laughs out loud, reminisces the past, believes in self-care, enjoys going for nature trails and treks, practices walking meditation, loves being connected, and of course, clicks moments.
A mountain girl by heart, Sanghita writes about Travel, Photography, Architecture, Food, Nature, Life, Mindfulness, Books, and whatever interests her.
Although Sanghita loves listening to poetry renditions and recites too, she is trying her hand at poetry writing of late.
A travel and movie buff, she loves to read anything, sometimes she gets stubborn/judgemental/emotional, scribbles on inane things, and optimistically tries to caption the photographs she takes or the ones she likes because she believes without caption, the beauty seems incomplete.
Believing that everyone has at least an ikigai, Sanghita jumps out of bed every morning in search of beautiful, click-worthy moments.
She dreams of riding a Harley Davidson bike (a Royal Enfield will also do!😊) someday while traversing through the mighty Himalayas. Someday!
