These Mason jar salads are easy to prep and stay fresh for up to four days in the fridge. Some people say five days, not me.
I love to use the following recipe as a base. Changing up veggies or meat to your liking is key.
I occasionally make my salad dressings, but I also enjoy the yogurt blend dressings you can find in the refrigerator section at the grocery.
