Yeah!! I have been running a lot. But I have not been running away from my anxiety, depression, and sorrows. I have been running to see my strength how far I can go. Every time I wear my favorite shoes and get back on my favorite track, it doesn’t feel like something is wrong with me. I saw in one of the interviews on TV “Those who do any kind of workout, they are already mentally strong to turn their setbacks into strength”. I felt those words because I have been like that only.

I started with just one round and now I complete 3 rounds that equate to 6 kms (3.7 miles). There are days when I don’t feel like running at all but then I go to my park and brisk walk. But I haven’t come across such a day since April because I was sure now I am going to run for a while as I am unable to do home workouts due to the new work which I am exploring at my end. If everything goes well, I will be my boss.

Things started working out in my favor after a long struggle of three years but then Is there a sweet taste of success without facing any hardships? I tell my soul every day “No matter what you have seen in your past lives and where you have come from, I make sure you go lighter from this birth to the next, I will do everything to make you feel good within me because my purpose should be to keep you safe not degraded”. I am not sure how many of you relate with it on this but I talk to myself as if my soul needs to hear what my heart is telling it to hear.

If any of you going through something and unable to share that vibe with anyone, you can reach out to the universe. God answers all calls. God works 24x7. The best thing about God is, he never expects anything in return. So, I have always put-forth God ahead of people because I know that universal power is watching over me and seeing how I take care of myself a bit more during the times of crisis. When we are happy we don’t feel like praying or knocking at the door of God but with time, I have learned to pray during worse and best times.

I am sending you good vibes, strength, and courage. Let’s gear up and face the day with lots of positivity and happiness once again.
