Rumination

A procrastinating mind

The first time when I wanted to give up writing. The first occasion I was demotivated beyond reason. The first thought was to close the account. The first reaction was pure disbelief.

Why would I quit? What would be the result? It’s not a job to stress about. It’s not a hobby to lose interest.

What I would lose is far too valuable. My favorite writers who inspire me. My loyal readers who encourage me. The creative freedom to be myself.

A message to anyone who struggles. It’s okay to feel dejected at times. A note to the creators of content. It’s always going to be hard to produce.

We evolve into better beings. We have to keep writing to develop new ideas. We learn from each other. We have to be brave to tell our stories.
