What if Kyle Rittenhouse was a Black Shooter?
Would a Judge Schroeder cut Black political gunmen, or white leftist ones, the same slack as he does Rittenhouse?
What If Kyle was Unapologetically Black?
What if things went differently? What if we changed one detail of the murderous white boy Kyle Rittenhouse and made him Black? Not only make Kyle Rittenhouse Black but also make his politics not rightwing? What if this was a same-aged Black boy who took guns and crossed state lines to inject himself in a volatile situation, just like Kyle Rittenhouse did?
What if Kyle Rittenhouse was, *ahem*, Calvin Rittenhouse?
What if a Black Kyle Rittenhouse (let’s call him Calvin) was an aspiring member of the NFAC (Not Fucking Around Coalition)? What if Black Kyle — I’m sorry, Calvin — was a young fellow who followed the ideas of the New Black Panther Party a little too hard? What if Calvin Rittenhouse existed as a gun-toting hotep?
Judge Schroeder is Trash
There’s a lot wrong with the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, and it’s the bias of the Judge. You see, a judge in a criminal trial (or any trial in the American legal system) shouldn’t be as visible as he is, and a judge shouldn’t be the centerpiece of a trial.
A Judge’s position is similar to a referee or umpire in sports; a judge is supposed to diligently observe to enforce the rules and regulations and arbitrate on matters arising from the hearings and trials unfolding in their courtrooms in a fair and just manner. In an objectively fair and just manner. Suppose a football or basketball referee or baseball umpire is the centerpiece of a game. In that case, it’s probably because that referee or umpire is making horrendously bad calls and showing bias. This is the same phenomenon taking place here. He is neither fair nor just and shows extreme political bias leaning towards the defendant in his courtroom.
An example of his bias is verbally admonishing the prosecutor in plain sight of the jury and everyone else in the room. A professional judge wouldn’t do many things he’s doing, but if they had to berate a lawyer, they’d tell the jury to leave the room, and yes, judges can do that. Schroeder knows this. He knew what he was doing, and Bruce Schroeder is doing to this court case what Rick James does to couches.
Judge Schroeder, is trash.
This man seems to function as if he’s a Dixiecrat nutcase straight out of 1958. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think he was lobbying for a Fox News job. His term is up in 2026, and he will be 80 years old by then. I hope he dies before then (and he should; he’s an old bag of shit), but if he requires the public to vote him in place, maybe folks can place a pin on that date and show up.
Schroeder wouldn’t do the same thing if Kyle was Calvin
Take any of the Black faces above — man, woman, boy, or girl. If Kyle Rittenhouse were Black, with politics reversed, Bruce Schroeder would be fixated on burying shooter Calvin under the prison system. There would be no Trump-song ringtones, no fixations on food breaks, nor racist statements on Chinese food. He wouldn’t berate the prosecuting attorney for doing his job in questioning. He would make the defense look like fools and ensure that Calvin Rittenhouse, who freshly shot three fascist white supremacist race-soldiers, killing two, goes to prison.
Schroeder wouldn’t do the same thing if Kyle was Leftist
I’d take my argument and extend it further and state that even if the shooter was non-Black and the politics were reversed, this Kenosha judge wouldn’t give an Anti-fascist white boy the same grace he gives Kyle Rittenhouse. If a white dude rolled out wearing black-bloc as ANTIFA — the thing that white supremacists fear the most in America — he, too, would be buried under the prison system.
There was a man named Michael Reinoehl who was literally assassinated by order of then-President Donald Trump. Michael Reinoehl wasn’t given a trial; he was given bullets for defending himself and others, and he was put to death by fascists. I highly doubt that Judge Schroeder would have given Michael Reinoehl grace in a courtroom if he shot and killed the same amount of people Kyle Rittenhouse did.
My argument extends further when you consider a fellow named Daniel Baker. Daniel Baker was at the time 34-year-old anti-fascist yoga teacher/street medic who, under the threat of various Capitols being attacked (like January 6 in D.C.) he thought fascists (Trump fanatics) were going to attack the Capitol in Florida where he resides (because message traffic said they were). Because he was loud on social media, it was he who was arrested for “inciting violence.” He never held a weapon near a government building or assaulted one. He never attacked anyone, yet he’ll serve more time in prison than Kyle Rittenhouse and Trump’s Coup Klux Klan (Jan 6).
Keep in mind the “violence” Daniel Baker was “inciting” was defensive in posture. He never pressed a finger on blue steel, and he was arrested; meanwhile, Kyle Rittenhouse was able to plot, plan and carry out his violence. The very act of carrying long arms into street engagement is inciting violence to the point of murder. The violence Daniel Baker was arrested for is technically imaginary because it never happened.

While I understand that FBI Special Agent Rojas cannot and doesn’t cover what happened in Kenosha, Wisconsin, there should be a parallel Special Agent who has the same logic concerning Kyle Rittenhouse. So why isn’t there? Why is Rittenhouse’s case covered by local town judges and not a federal one? Isn’t the FBI — federal jurisdiction — is suitable for those who cross state lines?
Since Daniel Baker’s talk on social media was only talk, shouldn’t his case be protected by the First Amendment?

Daniel Baker is correct; the U.S. government chooses sides. On Local, state, and national levels of U.S. government, America actively selects the side of white supremacy, which means protecting white supremacists and those who support, defend and act out in the realm of white supremacist goals.
Daniel Baker is a man who lives in the spirit of John Brown. Many white men like him diligently argue for liberty and justice for those who don’t look like them. Looking at the wake of the fascist coup attempt by Republicans in America on January 6th, it’s not fair that this one man will serve more time in prison than those who committed acts of treason in Washington D.C., trying to overturn an election and electoral process to transform the white supremacist Donald Trump into an actual American dictator.
Conclusion
I first started this thought exercise by imagining if Kyle Rittenhouse was Black. Naming him Calvin Rittenhouse and flipping his politics, we discover that Judge Schroeder wouldn’t extend such defensive grace. In addition to this, we also kept Rittenhouse white and just flipped his politics and still figured that the Judge still wouldn’t give him this fatherly grace.
Daniel Baker was right.
The government has historically chosen the side of white supremacy and still does.
The argument in court is self-defense. If Anthony Huber — one of the victims of Kyle’s passive-aggressive murder fantasies, had a gun instead of a skateboard, would be in-the-right in shooting Rittenhouse in cold blood, based on the logic of this courtroom. So as a result, Judge Schroeder (and Republicans, and other conservatives) advocate for escalation of violence in the streets of America. Of course they do; they are confederates.
Schroeder, Rittenhouse, Trump, Trump fanatics, Republicans, they are all Confederate Soldiers. This is what they do: beg for more political violence. January 6 says it all.

White supremacy is held up by the persistent myth of white victimhood. This is why Cryle Rittenhouse’s counterfeit tears were so important and why he had to put his crisis-actor skills on cue. The thing about white victimhood is that the political alignment of the white person has to match with American conservatism. The white person has to be aligned with white supremacy for their tears to be political currency. If Daniel Baker cried in court to feign vulnerability, he would be laughed at. But Cryle Rittenhouse? His tears are valid political currency, regardless of how fake they are.
The objective of these white supremacists who will let this murderous boy go free is to kill us when we fight against these systems. I said they want to kill us a long time ago.
My claim looks more valid than ever.
