With so much going on all around us — media spurred aggressions, racism, vaccine debates and deaths, life is not as simple as we would like it to be. Humans have always been resilient creatures come what may. Pain is for a period, a season, a reason and will always be followed by pleasure of some kind….never stop trying, believing and hoping for better days.

Wake up every morning and see yourself stepping into a realm of possibilities that are limitless! Be open to the magic and goodness that life can and does send our way. At any given moment, change can bring a new conversation to the table.

Our soul contract has a devised plan For each and every one of us Be the bright-eyed pupil Learning the daily lessons Repeated every lifetime Waiting to be mastered and overcome Pain and discomfort is the teacher Difficult times create the warrior Hard times will not be forever Never cease in praying and believing Taking actions, reaching out to others Time and patience are key to master Sweet sweet joys are lying ahead of us We all know life is not a walk in the park Far from it….. There is so much more to it Break the chains of negativity Disposition is formed from adversity Surround yourself with positivity Form new habits that raise your vibration Create relationships that elevate your frequency We are the sum of our mistakes, successes and failings Find souls that only want the best for you Encourage and support you in achieving your goals Let the naysayers keep feeding their own supply of negativity Our stories become guidance for others There will always be a helpless soul That finds themselves in your shoes That you walked at some point in your lifetime Help them navigate on to the right path Let bygones be bygones Forgive yourself and rise from the ashes!!!
