Is there a short term demand for such a facility.

Cause. After war and subsequent crisis. Migration and waves of refugees. Climate and food issues. Economic changes and street protests.

Ignore. Just can’t let time take its course. Working not always a solution. Or socializing and staying at home. Relaxation and recreation.

Care. Need to recuperate and heal. Recover and recalculate. Different levels of mental physical emotional rehab needed. And Spiritual.

Bottom Line. For some people this could be a really crucial need and really valuable resource.

Working in a group. To keep someone busy while healing. Learning a language or picking up sports skills can help with a job later.

Library Lounge. Reference books. Picture books. Magazines. Comics. Try learning a new language at a basic level. Read a new epic novel.

Activity. Interactive and cooperative. Board games. Puzzles. Building Blocks. Dealing with people and stay alert with strategies and tactics.

Mini Sports. Indoor games. Competition agility excitement. No video games. Stay physically active. Emotionally involved. Mentally alert.

Interacting with people and staying busy in fruitful activities.

Hobbies and Healing.

Learning, interacting, keeping busy. Helpful in future during other times of stress.

Diet and Nutrition. Cooking baking juicing. Better health and tastier skills. Picking up a few cooking skills could be pretty useful in the future for own needs not just for work.

Physical Activity. Whether it is aerobics, resistance training, yoga or self defense. Can have a fitness class or a fitness trail. Just something simple as walking with weights, biking or swimming. This is surely something that will yield lifelong benefits.

Soothing Music. Rich acoustics. Simple pipes, cones, cymbals, cups, rods. Learning to play simple rhythmic music is a good way to heal too.

Physically healthy and calming activities can probably help heal the soul.

Work and Tasks.

Job, work, employment and business. Maybe save some money. Help with resumes, applications, interviews, bank accounts and credit history.

Small Income Streams. Projects and routine tasks. Technical or manual. Learning the processes and paperwork and loan applications and small business skills can surely help with future endeavors.

Workshop and Tools. Auto or computers or technology or trades or housing. Gain a new skillset working with a different kind of tool in a workshop. Would surely help in the future with DIY and home tasks.

Greenhouse. Garden for gardening. Herbs spices berries vegetables greens. Easy to grow: greens, berries, mushrooms, herbs, spices. Free range livestock and fish pond and raw milk. Surely help in the future with low cost diet and nutrition.

Picking up a new set of skills can be rewarding in its own way.

Atmosphere and Environment.

Your own personal space like at home or a community center or company lounge. Something to help set up your personal work space in the future. Maybe one of the architects for the rich and famous can help set this up.

Sunroom. Sunlight water plants oxygen minerals sand soil. Fresh fruit trees, plants filter air and flowers aroma. Spring water, salt water or hot water. Sand, mud, grass for walk. Maybe learn to do some outdoor landscaping.

Lounge. Rest and relax. Support furniture with soft cushions and balls and balloons. Automated massage chair, home exercise machines and sofa swings. Maybe learn to make some of your own home furniture.

Ambience. Soft music, soft aromas, pets, plants, clay, oxygen. Maybe learn to do some crafts, ceramics, tiles, wood, metals and decoration.

Calmness and relaxation and tranquility should just happen naturally. Changes in routine to change the rhythm and dynamics and flow.

Simplicity is valuable rather than having the latest gadgets. Customize your little space with your own specialty.

Exercise, diet and music have to be specialized for people who are recuperating.

Design. What facilities would you include. What amenities, staff and activities. What futuristic gadget designs.
