Relationships are testing and growing us!

Relationships, especially intimate ones, can test us in ways we never thought possible. Are you struggling to make your relationship work, despite your best efforts? Individuals in relationships commonly try to improve things by showing more love and compassion.

These well-intentioned efforts sometimes don’t lead to lasting change.

That’s because the stress of everyday life can get in the way and cause us to fall back into our old patterns. So you try to change for the better but still struggle to make a lasting impact in your relationship.

There’s a way to make a radical change in your relationship.

The easy blueprint for rapid and stable change!

Stop criticizing your partner with the pronoun “you,” instead try using “we”? This simple shift in language can make a huge impact on your relationship.

Changing “you” for “we” in communication with your partner can create a feeling of unity and shared purpose.

For example, don’t say “You didn’t do the dishes,” try saying “We need to find a solution for keeping the kitchen clean.” This demonstrates your commitment to the relationship and puts it first.

Relationship expert John Gottman says;

When one partner makes a shift in their behavior, it can have a ripple effect on the relationship as a whole.

This change in communication style shows respect for your partner. It can reduce defensiveness and improve interactions. You can of course still use the pronoun “You” — but save it for loving praise.

Wouldn’t you like to have a relationship where both partners are open and respectful with each other? And, wouldn’t you like to focus on your relationship and put your partner’s needs ahead of your own?

So, why not give it a try? Put “we” into your communication and see the positive impact it can have on your relationship.

The results may surprise you!
