Respect Respect
Respect Respect!
Courtesy is Addictive

“Above all, don’t lie to yourself. The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point that he cannot distinguish the truth within him, or around him, and so loses all respect for himself and for others. And having no respect he ceases to love.” ― Fyodor Dostoevsky, The Brothers Karamazov
Respect Respect!
Respect the ones who show respect, It’s with them that you should connect, Who actively seek different views, With no judgement about the news.
Respect is more than just a word And not believing all that’s heard. But don’t demand it in return, It is a code of honor earned,
Respect is being courteous, So, try not to be envious. Show concern for all you meet, At home, work, or in the street.
Respect is active listening, Learning and understanding The things another has to say, And knowing why they feel that way.
Respect values diversity, Helps overcome adversity. It celebrates the uniqueness, And everyone’s right to existence.
Respect stands up for what is right, It defeats injustice in a fight. It’s how a man should treat his wife, Show dignity for every life.
Respect seeks peace and harmony And it connects both you and me. It’s the bridge and the foundation, To join together every nation.
Respect’s the gift that we can share It is a sign we truly care. To show your love, do not neglect, My final words, respect respect!
