Resonate into Well-being; Everything is Frequency
Intuition and Receptivity are in Harmony with Nature
Today I am continuing the topic of resonance to help us use this understanding in our daily life.

Communion with nature and cosmic law places us in the flow of the benevolent forces of the Universe.
Resonance is the law of the Universe.

When we have cleared out most of the programs of our family lineage and are no longer seduced by the fractured noise of the world, our minds and bodies can become attuned to more subtle but powerful frequencies.
Spiritual mastery is about taming our minds and emotions so that they are the servants of Higher Consciousness.
This can only be done with time spent in meditation, mindfulness, and Sacred Fire energy work on lineage clearing and releasing our addictions.
Our feelings are the key to resonance. They must become very calm, like a still mountain lake.
When our essence, the mind-body complex, is still, it reflects this stillness as a frequency.
Stillness now becomes receptive to influence and input from Higher Thoughtform Realities.
When we are not still in our minds and emotions, we are like waves in the ocean of chaos, battered by other waves or the rocks along the shore.
In this lower frequency or state of Consciousness, we cannot INTUITIVELY KNOW how to manage our life. We are caught up in endless confusion.
This lower frequency puts our entire electromagnetic mind-body system out of harmony with nature and cosmic law.
As Avatars, we are designed as an extension of our Creator. Our Creator has a Map of Destiny for our life.
We are meant to be receptive to this Map of Destiny, Higher intelligence, such as our extraterrestrial family and impulses from our Creator.
When we are still, we are receptive to the resonance of benevolence. Benevolence is the natural flow of the Universe.
As we are receptive, we will get information from the resonant or harmonic frequencies that dwell within our multidimensional field of Consciousness and Divine Blueprint.
When we receive this information, it will be through the channels of INTUITION or FEELING MIND.
This channel can penetrate our sensory system in various ways; for example, telepathy, precognition, lucid dreams, astral travel, synchronicities, visions, downloads in the early mornings, automatic writing, frequency shifts in our body to alert us to change, and sudden insights that come out of nowhere.
These channels of more subtle frequencies are often buried under the dominance of the animal’s fear and survival instinct.
We were not designed initially as AN ANIMAL frequency. We were made in the image of our Creator; this current body is the result of a corrupt pattern inserted eons ago into our Divine Blueprint. Men pass the corruption through their seeds to each new generation.
We must start creating and shifting our lineage patterns to a Higher frequency and more evolved Human.
Man’s potential is to use his Higher Faculties and be in resonance with the peace and support of all of life.
So today, whatever you are struggling with, commit yourself to ‘let it go.’ Still your mind and emotions. Become receptive, and resonate with peace and trust.
Keep this going daily, and respond quickly to intuitive hits and the other avenues I listed above.
There is a plan for your life, which is good, not evil. It is one of abundance in all things, not lack and fear.
In each moment, RESONATE the frequency of peace, trust, abundance, and well-being into your world. DO THIS, and your life will change for the better.
