Resilience

Get up and go again

Finding my own way to the calm– Photo my own

Drowning in drama Depths of darkness and trauma A sliver of light Life energy reignites Expanded knowing of self Stepping out of the unknown Confidence in consciousness Ominous abyss Infinite roller coaster Resilience the key

Thanks to Diana C. for this week’s prompt of “resilience”.

There are moments where it all just feels pointless.

Blind to the silver lining. Hindsight out of reach in the moment.

The voice of the positive panda completely silent.

Sitting with a lump of doom and gloom in my throat.

Wanting to hide in a comforting cocoon, waiting for someone else to fix it. Knowing full well I am the only one that can get myself out.

Having tools that I continually collect at hand helps to spark my resilience… to get up and go again. Learn the lesson, find the meaning for me…grow, release the energy strain and show up again.

Lighter but still scarred. Becoming better equipped to deal with the next round. And the next. And the next.

Expanded awareness and clarity of “me” the prize…each and every round. Closer to letting life flow through me.

The fight and therefore the need to be resilent falling away with acceptance and trust.

A knowing that everything is as it needs to be, to unfold the universe… for you and me.
