Reminiscing the meaning of Love
A tribute to five people who taught me the meaning of Love!
Notice the world around you, You’ll find different languages of Love. Spoken by millions of people, Each different and unique in its own way.
I am just a traveler, watching people and trying to learn the definition of love. And as I travel through my journey of life, these are the definitions that I picked up from people around me.
My Mom!! Her language of unconditional love is Freedom, She showed me how to love someone without taking away their freedom. You need not put the person you love in a cage , If you truly love someone , then love with trust
My Dad!! His language of unconditional love is Honesty and sincerity, He showed me that you never lie to the one you love. There is an alluring beauty when love goes hand in hand with Honesty and sincerity, If you truly love someone , then be honest and sincere.
My Hubby!! His language of unconditional love is Care, He showed me that actions do speak louder than words. You need not show the whole world that you are romantic, The best romantic gift you can give your better half is your time. If you truly love someone and ever wondered what to gift them , give them your time and care. That’s the world’s most precious gift , that the one receiving it will cherish all their life.
My little Sis!! Her language of Unconditional love is the same as that of animals. She cares for animals and says she can understand them better than humans. Well, what do we actually learn from animals, The happiness of living in the present and to live with no expectations. If you truly love someone , accept them for who they are and love without expecting anything in return.
My Granny!! Her language of Unconditional love is Respect. I have seen her listen to suggestions from even the youngest member of our family, When asked , she says she believes in equality, That everyone regardless of their age is worth being treated as an individual. If you truly love someone , respect their opinion regardless of their age.
My language of love, These are just five languages of love ,that I learnt from my family, These languages are what I call, the true definition of love, True, by now you can be sure of one thing, That there is not one but myriad definitions of Love.
