To repair the damaged independence — A poem

Apologising for developing in a broken position. Observed as a fool with an expired ego. Accepting disclaimed speculation. Pleading to disjoint the appreciation. Appealing attitude dances with the enemy. Paddocked in the mind to replay repeatedly. Years like broken glass down the face. Yesterday, sleep is unable to erase.

Saving the step forward until the constant makes a change. Saving the rejected help until a dawn without the sun.
