Regret is Wasteful, and Other Convictions

My default settings

Photo by Melanie Magdalena on Unsplash

Your body, your choice.

Every day is infinitely better if you make someone smile.

Regret is wasteful, your time and energy are worth more. “There’s only here, there’s only this, forget regret, or life is yours to miss.”

The perfect day is sunny, 72, and with a slight breeze.

Trust, compatibility, and love are more important than monogamy.

Earth is not the only inhabited planet, but why would they want to come here?

Teaching a child not to hit by hitting them is nonsensical.

Love knows no bounds.

Sleep lost cuddling with your three year old six year old ten year old is not a loss at all.

The default setting for humans is good.

God is love, love we are all capable of feeling but we never know when it will come, or where from.

The line between digital life and physical life has blurred so much it may not exist.

I would rather trust and be hurt than assume the worst in people.

Our emotional and mental health has much more impact on our physical health than most people understand.

Cats and dogs and babies and kids and other non-adults are smarter and more perceptive than we give them credit for.

Almost every goal is possible.

Happiness is exponentially more important than money.

Bread and cheese are delicious in all languages; let’s share some.
