Reflecting on 2021

During the last month of 2021, I was largely idle on Medium. Meeting up with family and friends and indulging in some Indian delicacies.

So I returned to my writing and reflect on the year 2021 in general.

For me, 2021 was a fantastic year and I am thankful for that. I am aware that it might not be the same for everyone.

  • My loved ones and I were safe, and I was able to hug them and spend some quality time with them.
  • I met a bunch of close friends. It was good to connect with them in person.
  • My first children’s book is now complete. My next children’s books are in the works.
  • As part of the collaboration agreement, I began blogging on Medium.
  • I’ve been offered a brilliant career opportunity.
  • I’m working with some incredible people.
  • I got a lot of backlog official work sorted out.
  • My entire family was infected with covid, but it wasn’t that difficult, and we were back to normal in no time.
  • I lost track of my weight reduction and ended up gaining weight.
  • I’ve heard several excellent books on storytelling. I finished 34–35 odd books.
  • I pushed myself to finish my first novel. to 2022 - The girl who fell in love with the wrong guy…
  • I had some meaningful conversations with some interesting people.
  • Spend some time on my product concept. It was quite motivating for me.
  • Enjoyed a family holiday in Italy, particularly the gorgeous Amalfi and Positano coasts.
  • Met my financial goal.
  • After a long time, I began to appreciate my own company.

I am sure I am going to edit it a few times when I remember a milestone that was met in 2021 and I forgot to mention it :)
