Filling my life with gratitude, minimalism, and balance has amazingly alleviated so much of my financial and emotional stress and anxiety. I am at ease and feel peace of mind knowing that I have financial stability and mental and physical clarity.

I subscribe to the idea of enough. I have enough to survive. I have enough to be happy. I have enough without needing to buy more unnecessary things.

By wanting less and spending intentionally and thoughtfully, I can contribute generously to saving and investing for my short-term, long-term, and generational wealth goals. With this financial stability, I am able to enjoy and splurge on experiences that bring me smiles and laughter, not clutter, in the present and future.

Here are some practical ways to adopt these lifestyles and find more meaning, happiness, and financial stability in life.

Gratitude

Gratitude makes you realize that you have enough and do not need more stuff.

  • As you walk through your morning routine, remind yourself how grateful you are at each step: I am grateful for the running water to brush my teeth. I am grateful for the strength in my hand to comb my hair. I am grateful to have clean clothes to wear.
